Good fried chicken burgers. Menu is small and easy to choose from and the fries and shakes are delicious also! Friendly service and food was ready quickly. This is a fast food establishment and food can be ordered online. They no longer have the self serve sauces available and are for additional purchase.

Very good wings, ordered on the mobile app when I picked up my order it was hot and fresh. Love the lemon pepper wings!

THIS! If you are looking for something good and new. Prepare for the Shaq Attack! Haha. This place is brought to you by thee Shaquille O'Neal. You have some many good options here. I prefer the Shaq attack with the spicy chipotle bbq sauce and the jalapeno slaw. I've had both grilled and fried chicken versions which are great! They also offer protein style (no brioche bun) for those interested. If you order online you can of course come in for pick up, but you also have the drive-through option. Drive-through is only for pick up orders. I tend to order while the cars warming up, about a 10 min drive and chances are, it will be ready by the time I get there if not a little sooner. They're always pleasant to work with and willing to help with anything especially extra sauces! Inside you'll find plenty of tables and seating. I haven't dined in yet. But each table comes with a paper towel roll which I bet comes in handy at times! Try everything from the ultimate to the delicious dirty fries!

I ordered the spicy Uncle Jerome's sandwich Online. It was ready when I got there. Chicken was freshly made and delicious. Pickles crisp. Yummy fresh bun. I think it was hands down the best chicken sandwich out of the 3 chicken places in the Muk, Evt area. We all know who the other 2 are. I asked the person waiting on me if the salads are good. She said shook her head yes and said 'very good". That's what I will try next time.

We've been here 4 times in a month and the food is pretty solid! The chicken tastes great. Every time we've gotten food to go, it has been fresh and ready right on time. Uncle Jerome's Nashville Hot is delicious in both sandwich form and popcorn chicken - it's our go to. The fries are just ok, nothing special. We've been obsessed with their seasonal sweet tea which has been peach flavored lately. We go just for that sometimes! So far, all of the employees have been really nice and the inside has always been super clean. We'll definitely be regulars here!

Still the same as last time we visited...AMAZING! Except...no ice in the machine. But they didn't mind filling it up behind the counter. It was our daughter's first time at Big Chicken and she agrees...the sandwiches were best! We differ on the fries though...so now her inheritance is gonna be much less than before the fryasco... Consistently giving great tasting food thus far is a huge plus.

We got tenders, fries, grilled cheese, and mac and cheese. Everything was pretty good! The mac and cheese left a bit to be desired but the chicken was tender and moist. Place was slammed but we were still able to find seating. Lots of bussers and employees to help.
